Shauna Muckle
Shauna was a journalism and politics double major and a Russian minor at Washington and Lee University. She served as co-editor-in-chief of the Ring-tum Phi, the school’s independent newspaper. She interned for the Tampa Bay Times, National Journal and the Orlando Business Journal. She will return to the Tampa Bay Times as a full-time business reporter after graduation.
Jenny Hellwig
Jenny was co-editor-in-chief of the Ring-tum Phi. She was a journalism and American politics double major at Washington and Lee University. She interned at the Boston Business Journal and Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine. After graduation, she plans to freelance for the Boston Business Journal and other news outlets near her hometown of Chicago.
Ned Newton
Ned was a journalism major and film minor at Washington and Lee University. He worked as a videographer and social content creator for the W&L men’s basketball team and was a member of the W&L Film Society. He has made documentaries across the U.S. and abroad in Costa Rica and Ghana and will pursue documentary filmmaking as a career.
